I tried to withdraw my balance (approx 228€, don’t remember the correct amount anymore), myEmire canceled it and then closed my account down.

When I went to the live chat to ask whats up with that, the customer support answered that "adminstrator has closed your account" whatever that means 🤣. I tried to get a reason, but the customer support just suggested that I’d e-mail the support via email.

When I did, we went back and forth. I asked for a reason, they said, that "adminstrator closed your account…". I demanded my money, but didn’t get a positive response nor any response at all for 7 emails back and forth.

Shit casino, scams your money and has shit customer support. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t play here, please.

I can only agree with the prevailing opinion and don't understand the guru's assessment here either! Online casinos are, of course, about fun and winning. If a casino sets very small daily withdrawal limits, it should be obligated to adhere to them. Depositing and losing €500 every day is no problem; withdrawing €500 every day will never work here. Play somewhere else!

They simply change their concept and reset all players to zero. No game records at NoLimitCity Slots, or days or months are suddenly removed, I doubt that licenses are available here. I do not recommend the casino. The withdrawal was processed for up to 28 days. There are casinos where you have money in your account within 15 minutes. There are many of these casinos that have a limit of €500 and I do not recommend them.

I used to play here and left the site for a bit. Just came and won a good chunk of coin. It’s bee 16 days. Payment provider has cancelled my withdrawal twice. And not a lot of help but copy and pasted answers or very rude help

The casino is set up very nicely, unfortunately I have already won money at the casino, 1000 euros, but I was not able to withdraw it all at once, only 500 euros. They have been waiting since January 10th, 2025. Unfortunately, the live chat and email support cannot provide any information and always refer to the responsible finance department, which unfortunately cannot be reached. It is very frustrating to be kept waiting like this. I find it sad that customers who deposit a lot of money there are treated like this.
