I got an email saying that they offered me 105 free spins I did the free spins and made $50 they said I had to play through 2500 I played it through I did everything they asked I got $600 and then I tried to withdraw I verified my account and made the deposit they wanted then they took my deposits and the money I had in my account and said that I had multiple accounts which I didn't and then they would not tell me what the other accounts were they just said that I wasn't eligible for the bonus so if I'm not eligible then don't send me emails this company is a fraud and I wasted my time and energy with this casino to get a very disappointing result stay away from this casino it's a fraud

I deposited there before and have won, but there withdrawal service is terrible, and on top of that I got a no deposit bonus that they didn't honor after I won either. Took me an hour to meet there bogus wagering requirements and come out on top then get told ive used another bonus before so this one isn't ok. I find that wrong personally, why send anyone free spins if you can't honor the winnings. I just had negative experiences there and don't recommend it to anyone else. There was a discrepancy with a bonus and playthrough requirements, but before leaving a review - try going through Casino Guru. They are more likely able to connect you with an agent of the casino you’re attempting to reach and be sure to have screenshots of your issues so Casino Gurus and the casino can understand the trouble you’re having.

While it’s not ideal that I had to seek out this information online through a Google search — I’m sure agents are dealing with many people contacting them. I’m not sure if they can develop a better system to facilitate better ways to respond, but Crypto Loko were at least willing to hear me out and we resolved the issue.

8/14/2024: I've been receiving emails from Crypto Loko and have received the same consistent terms: Their bonuses comes with a meager $50 (or sometimes $100) max cash out limit. This means that if you have a 40x playthrough requirement, let's say on $50 you've won from free spins -- you'll have to wager $2,000. And after you playthrough that, and let's say you manage to hit a jackpot, for $10,000; I'm sorry to say, but you can only keep $50.00.

I have not bothered with them in a long-time having monitored their emails for a while (aside from possibly using a rare and decent promotion a few months ago).

I just wanted to warn people that their bonuses are possibly the worst I have ever seen. At least some other casinos will offer more should you win, but Crypto Loko's bonuses are the worst of the worst.

This casino is pretty great the first time I deposited and played, I didn't win, but the next day I got (free) Loko Bucks, it was only $10 but I somehow turned it into $400 and then I got my payout within 4hrs!!!! I was shocked! The one thing that does suck is that almost all of their offered bonuses require at least a $50 deposit. I refuse to deposit more than $35 at a time. So, they would've gotten much more business from me if this wasn't the case.

Reading the other reviews I was skeptical, but I am very happy with my experience. I redeemed a couple free chips, so I was honestly not even expecting the $60 (including $10 verification deposit) to hit my account. Fun to play at. Not to pay at.

Their bonuses were great. Easily made money playing at Crypto Loko. When I was ready to withdraw my balance however they said I had another account at their casino and forfeit my withdrawal request a couple days after submitting it.
Said three days to withdraw so when I was expecting it at any time it was disappointing.

Asked of the account could be deleted as I have no access to it. Also asked for a refund of my deposit. Which was placed back into my casino account and was below the amount required using Bitcoin to allow me to withdraw it.

If you use a casino's money to create more money, there will always be some loop hole in their procedure allowing it to be at their discretion wether or not to honor your withdrawal transaction.

Where can i start i guess the casino is ok. I been waiting to cashout since fri morning. Then the denied the deposit 2 times never got no reason then it dais it will be pending for 5 days. Like thats the illest. So then i find out They cashout mon- fri thats cool on a fixed income 200 sounds good right only if you get it. Exactly.
