Stay away. This is completely scam with a horrible service. I was seeing the rating on CasinoGuru and thought that it looks great. I should have read the reviews from the other gamblers. My fault. I made a very small deposit, using Skrill. At my Skrill account I could see the money was transferred. But on BluVegas they didn’t show up. I contacted live chat and got the message that this sometimes happens, but will be solved within 48 hours. In the meanwhile I contacted Skrill to be sure that they really transferred the money. I got a fast reply from Skrill with the transfer number. I waited but nothing happens at Bluvegas. I send them an email with the transactions from Skrill. But still nothing, absolutely nothing. Terrible casino, I have played on here for well over a year and faithfully too. I have spent 1000s of dollars and only ever won $300 once and $800 that's it in total. It took over a year of making deposits weekly to finally get my first win of $800. U cant play very many games if your from Canada all the good and lucky games are off limits because of our location. Stay clear of this unless u want to just play for fun with no chance of ever walking away a big winner.

Hab zwanzig eingezahlt plus zehn Euro Bonus. Hatte den Bonus umgewandelt aber da ich mit eine Einsatz von über fünf EUR gespielt hab, habe ich gegen die Bonusbediengungen verstoßen. Customer service responds relatively quickly. Games offer is okay but the terms and conditions are opaque and not at all transparent. Wanted to withdraw 4000€, where I am told after a week that this exceeds my limit. I've pieced it together and still waited a week pointlessly. So far, cashback has been a whopping €2.40 despite 29,000 loyalty points. And deposits are sometimes blocked as bonuses without justification.

Wollte 4000€ auszahlen lassen, wo mir nach einer Woche mitgeteilt wird, dies überschreitet mein Limit. Hab's gestückelt und trotzdem noch ne Woche sinnlos gewartet. Decent casino but insane bonus requirements. The rules are there, but you really have to look them up.
The 35x wager also applies on your deposited amount. For instance, i deposited 25 euro with 25% bonus, and I had to wager over 1000 euro, 75 x the bonus amount of 6,25.
When i finally had done that, another 'bonus' (cashback) kicked in, and locked my mony again. On withdrawing the free money, the cashback bonus was anniliated.
Once you are in a bonus, you can't even withdraw your own (other, not bonus related) money!
So whatever you do: dont take ANY bonus unless you are ready to loose it all.

More like a rip off.

Very clear cheat casino, I earned 2k with different games and in the end it was claimed I had collected several bonuses and removed them from the wager, the wager was simply canceled after I played the first 10 in a row. In any case, it struck me as finished unusually quickly.
After I wanted to withdraw I waited a week to allegedly have taken bonus games (free spins) from the wager.
Clearly this would be forbidden, but I intended to play this in the wager, it is clear when it is canceled at 90% clearer cheating !.
