When I earned some money they started to aksing me for multiple verifications, delaying withdrawl.Had money in pendig for few days while I was se ding them what they were asking.After some time they decided to reject my pending money and after thet they took 1217€ from my account because of reasons that neither is true(they can close your account and they dont have to give u reason). Have 300€ still in pending(requested another withdrawl after first reject) and they still asking me for multiple verifications and proofs.They still let me bet with some restrictions,If I am bad player why I still have account?This what happened to me is real unjustice and fraud, cant believe how they still have site.
After they took my money because of some terms and conditions and lets say that was legit…I had another 300€ earned and they took that too. They can took your money because they feel they want that, there dont have to be reason. They took more than 1500€ , just pulled from account

Through this road I want to warn everyone about this so-called new platform. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework properly and played directly without watching and reading things on this platform. Then I was asked for a selfie with my passport, then a bank statement, then another photo with a different document of day time etc, then they wanted a selfie with my id. You can only request 1000 euros at a time, it takes about 72 hours for them to process this or I mean that they respond at all. After 3 days of my payout being on hold, rejected they ask for another document again. I am a connoisseur and know a lot about online gambling, but I have really never experienced this. Finally after 3 weeks, I had a payout of $500. This one has been approved, I've been working on this for three weeks. The average gambler naturally gets very nervous when a payout is on hold, you can easily cancel and play it. You can't pay out more than 1000 at a time and your next payout can only be made after your first one has been approved, I thought I'm happy now. All the effort is worth it, I get my money account. And with the next payout, we start all over again.
