Been customer of sister casino vegasmoose but they using the same email for customer service hence why giving review here. Casino has good return %. Customer service is polite. 1* given due to long time to pay off balance. Self excluded on 11th of March- they haven’t confirmed self exclusion so after couple days I asked for confirmation. They haven’t mentioned nothing about my balance so again I asked myself and then they asked for bank statement and said balance will be returned in 1-20days. T&cs not transparent and user friendly for player. As for self excluded player I wouldn’t expect that player would need to email them to ask all questions. And as well after sign up they letting you to deposit and play but if you want to withdraw you need to sent documentation. That’s clear breach of license.
